    I made this special batch of magnesium spray with my own garden lavender. It smells amazing and it's 100% natural fragrance from my own lavender flowers. 

    Magnesium spray is a liquid form of magnesium that can be used as a topical supplement. Here are some tips for using magnesium spray:
    • Cleanse
      Before applying the spray, make sure your skin is clean and dry. You can wash the area or take a warm shower. Some recommend applying the spray after a shower or bath when your pores are more open.
    • Spray
      Spray a small amount of magnesium spray directly onto the skin. Some recommend spaying the bottoms of the feet. Others spray directly on the belly, legs, or anywhere. I use the spray before bed to help calm my body before sleep.
    • Massage
      Gently massage the spray into your skin to help it absorb. Massaging can also help relieve muscle cramps.
    • Let it air dry
      Avoid rinsing off the spray, as it needs time to penetrate your skin.
